Problem
Company B needs to give their customer service reps access to the Client, Orders and accounting databases from multiple office locations.
Solution
Company B was using a desktop application to access Client, Orders and Accounting databases from their one office. This was adequate until they opened a second office and the legacy application was too slow to operate across their WAN.
We ported the application to the web so that it was as easily used from the main office as the satellite office. We also took the opportunity to upgrade its user interface and its functionality to boost production.
Not only can multiple offices us the application, but it can also be used from home opening the option of telecommuting to save in office overhead.
